Text messaging (SMS) program

INKlusive Printing text messaging covers two kinds of text message. Each needs its own permission from you, and agreeing to one never means agreeing to the other.

• Customer-care texts — replies about something you asked us for: your enquiry, a quote, a proof to approve, the status of an order, when it is ready to collect, and follow-up on work we have done for you.
• Marketing texts — promotions, special offers, reorder reminders, and other marketing messages. We send these only if you have separately ticked the marketing text box.

How you agree to texts

You agree to customer-care texts by ticking the customer-care text box on one of our enquiry forms, or the informational/transactional messages box in the chat window on this website. You agree to marketing texts only by ticking the separate marketing text box (in the chat window, the promotional messages box). Neither box is ever ticked for you.

Sending an enquiry, choosing "Text message" as how you would like a reply, or agreeing to customer-care texts does not sign you up for marketing texts. Sending an enquiry without ticking any box does not sign you up for texts at all — we will reply by email or phone.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You never have to agree to texts of either kind to get a quote, place an order, or do business with us. Marketing texts may be sent using automated technology.

Frequency, cost, stopping, and help

Message frequency varies. Customer-care texts depend on your project — usually a handful while a job is open. Marketing texts, if you agree to them, are occasional. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop, reply STOP to any message. That stops all text messages from us — customer-care and marketing — and you will receive one final message confirming it. You can also reply END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE, or ask us in person, by phone or by email. If you only want to stop marketing texts and keep hearing about your orders, tell us and we will remove just the marketing permission. To join again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We collect and use your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Using this website

This website describes our services and lets you send us an enquiry. Nothing on it is a price, a quote, or a promised completion date — those come from a person, in writing, once we understand your project.

Please send us only information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share, including any artwork, logos, or trademarks you ask us to reproduce.

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to INKlusive Printing Inc unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and to share it; please do not copy it wholesale.

Quotes and orders

Every job is confirmed separately — by quote, proof, and invoice — and those documents set out what you are ordering and what it costs. If anything in them differs from this page, they win.

Limits

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on general information here rather than on a quote or proof we have given you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. This version is effective September 27, 2026.
