Privacy
Your information,
and what we do with it.
This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
We collect what you type into a form on this site, and nothing else. There is no account to create, and you can read every page here without telling us anything about yourself.
When you submit a project enquiry, we receive:
- Your name, and your organisation if you give one
- Your email address and phone number
- How you would prefer we contact you
- What you are looking to have made — the service, your description, and the quantity and date if you give them
- Whether your artwork is ready, coming later, or still to be designed
- Which page you submitted the form from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch
One thing we collect that you cannot see
Our forms carry a hidden field and record the moment the page finished loading. Automated bots fill in every field they find and submit instantly; people do neither. Comparing the two lets us reject junk without making you solve a puzzle to reach us.
Nothing about this identifies you, and none of it is used for any other purpose.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find us and which pages are worth keeping. It is the only outside service that runs while you read this site.
To do that it sets cookies in your browser and tells Google which pages you looked at, roughly what part of the world you are in, and what kind of device and browser you used. Google works that approximate location out from your IP address and does not store the address itself.
When you send us an enquiry, we also record that a submission happened and which page it came from. What you actually typed is not sent to Google. Your name, your contact details and your description of the job go only to us and to the providers described below.
We do not use any of this to advertise to you. The Google features that would build an advertising profile out of your visit are switched off, we run no ad pixels, and we have nothing to sell to anyone who wants this data.
Cookie consent rules differ from one place to another, and they change. As this site is set up today, it does not show a consent banner — we would rather say plainly here what is collected than ask you to dismiss a box on every visit. If that changes, this section changes with it.
If you would prefer not to be counted, most browsers offer a setting or an extension that blocks analytics, and Google publishes its own opt-out add-on. Any of them will work here, and nothing on this site behaves differently if you use one.
Why we collect it
To answer you. A project enquiry is a request for a person to get back to you with real information, and we cannot do that without knowing how to reach you and what you want.
We also keep a record of the enquiry so that if you come back to us later, we can pick up where we left off rather than starting again.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry reaches our own staff, and passes through two kinds of service provider on the way: an automation service that routes the submission, and the customer relationship system where we keep our records. Our email provider carries the internal notification that tells a member of staff you are waiting.
They process this information on our instructions so that we can reply to you. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Separately from your enquiry, Google receives the browsing information described under "Analytics and cookies" above. It never receives what you typed into a form.
We will disclose information if the law requires it of us. If that ever happens we will tell you, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
Marketing
Sending us an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to you, we will ask first, and you will be able to stop it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we are doing business with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our own accounting and legal obligations. Records we no longer need for either reason are deleted.
If you want your information removed sooner, ask us — see below.
Keeping it safe
This site is served over an encrypted connection, and your enquiry is sent encrypted. Access to our customer records is limited to people who need it to do their job.
We never ask for payment card details on this website, and we never ask for a password or financial information by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and asking for either, it is not from us — call us on the number below and tell us.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop contacting you
Children
This site is meant for people doing business with us, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top. This version is effective August 16, 2026.
