FAQ

Questions we get
every week.

If yours isn't here, ask — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.

What do you need from me to get started?

A rough idea is enough to begin. Tell us what the project is, roughly how many you need, and when you need it. If you already have artwork, send it — if you do not, our design team can build it.

Will I see a proof before anything is printed?

Always. Nothing goes into production until you have seen a proof and approved it. That is the single most effective step for avoiding an expensive mistake, so we never skip it.

What file formats work best?

Vector files — AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG — are ideal because they scale to any size without losing quality. High-resolution PNG or TIFF can work depending on the product. If all you have is a logo pulled off a website, we can usually rebuild it.

Can you match my exact brand colours?

In most cases, yes. Bring your brand colour values if you have them. Colour behaves differently across DTF transfer, embroidery thread, vinyl, and paper stock, so we will tell you honestly where an exact match is not achievable and what the closest option is.

Do you handle design, or do I need to bring artwork?

Both. Plenty of customers arrive with finished files, and plenty arrive with an idea and a photo on their phone. Our designers work in production terms, so what they hand over is ready to print.

Can you reorder something we ran before?

Yes. We keep your job details and artwork on file, so a repeat run matches the original specs and colours. Making that self-service is one of the things we are building next.

Do you work with schools, churches, and municipalities?

Regularly. We are familiar with how purchase orders, quotes, and approval steps work for those organisations, and we can supply the documentation they need.

What if I am not sure what product I need?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the goal — an event, a new location, a hiring push — and we will suggest what actually fits the budget and the audience rather than the biggest order.
